2014 Citi Open (main draw Qualifiers)

Kristina Mladenovic (France) puts together a come back after losing the first set to defeat Lucie Safarova (Czech) 2-6 6-3 6-3 at the 2014 Citi Open first round qualifiers. Kristina M., age 21 ranked 78th entering the Citi Open, called out for her coach at the end of the first set. Apparenly she took her coach's advice as she would win the next two sets 6-3 6-3 sending Lucie S. to the showers. Lucie S. is age 27 and ranked 17th entering the tournament.
